DoPT TRIFED Senior Manager Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

Tribal Co-operative Marketing Development Federation of India (DoPT TRIFED) has published a notification for the 2026 recruitment of Senior Manager (Deputy Secretary/Director Level) post on a deputation basis. The tenure is 4 years for Deputy Secretary Level and 5 years for Director Level, with posting in Raipur. The position is open to officers of the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director level from All India Services or Organized Group ‘A’ Services under Central Staffing Scheme, with pay admissible to DS/Director level officers in the Government of India. Who Can Apply

Officers of the rank of Deputy Secretary/Director level from the All India Services or any Organized Group ‘A’ Services of the Government of India participating under the Central Staffing Scheme are eligible for the aforesaid post.

Candidates must ensure that the cooling-off after a previous stint on deputation, if any, is completed and they are eligible to be appointed on central deputation as per instructions. Applications of eligible officers already working on central deputation under the Central Staffing Scheme (CSS)/Non-Central Staffing Scheme of the Government of India must be forwarded by their respective Ministries/Departments along with the approval of their respective Minister-in-Charge.

Pay and Terms

The level of pay shall be as admissible to DS/Director level officer in Government of India. The period of deputation would be 4 years for Deputy Secretary Level or 5 years for Director Level. The post is a Non-Central Staffing Scheme post to be filled up through the Civil Services Board (CSB) procedure. No Mandatory Posting Certificate for allotment/retention of Government accommodation would be issued by the office to the officer appointed, unless the officer is currently on CSS deputation and has completed four years on the same.

2. Choose Non-CSS in SUPREMO web link (https://supremo.nic.in) if you have not applied for any other posts online during the current year.
3. Officers who have already applied for CSS, CVO or other posts through SUPREMO Portal can send their willingness for the above post.
4. Send relevant correspondence and willingness for the subject to email address [email protected].
5. Ensure the application is forwarded by the concerned Ministry/Department with the approval of the respective Minister-in-Charge before the last date of 16-11-2026.

The selection for the Senior Manager post will be made through the Civil Services Board (CSB) procedure.

Important Instructions

• Officers who have earlier applied against the vacancy circular dated 15.04.2026 may need to apply again for the post.
• Nominations and applications are required to be routed through DOPT’s online interface (SUPREMO).
