Research Associate
Ph.D. in Food Technology/Food Processing/Food Engineering or a relevant discipline. Candidates having research experience during Ph.D./Postdoctoral research in plant proteins, protein characterization, food processing, extrusion technology, meat analogues, or related areas will be preferred. Candidates having NET and relevant research experience during their Ph.D. will be preferred.
Technical Assistant
Bachelor degree in Food Technology/Food Science/Food Processing/Biotechnology/Life Science or relevant discipline. Candidates having practical experience in laboratory work, sample preparation, analytical techniques, or handling of laboratory equipment will be preferred. Only candidates with relevant qualifications and experience need to apply.
GEU Age Limit
For the Research Associate position, the maximum age limit is 40 years as on the last date of application. For the Technical Assistant position, the age limit is as per applicable DBT/University norms.
