Gram Panchayat Sachiv Age Limit

The minimum age of the applicant must be 18 years and the maximum age must be 35 years as on the date of publication of the advertisement. Age relaxation will be applicable for Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes, PwD, and female candidates as per the directives issued by the state government.

Gram Panchayat Sachiv Selection Process

Selection will be based on a merit list prepared according to the marks obtained in specified criteria, followed by a computer skill test.

Merit Determination Criteria

• Higher Secondary (12th) marks weightage: 50 percent
• Higher educational qualification weightage: 10 marks (Graduation: 05 marks, Post-Graduation: 05 marks)
• Computer skill test marks weightage: 25 percent
• Rozgar Sahayak work experience weightage: 15 marks (03 marks per year up to maximum 05 years, 01 month to minimum 09 months of service)

For every 01 post, 10 candidates will be called for the computer skill test based on merit. In case of a tie in merit, the older candidate in age will be given priority.
