District Raigarh Sports Teacher Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

District Raigarh has announced 4 temporary Sports Teacher vacancies for posting in Dharamjaigarh. Candidates can apply offline by sending their application by registered post or submitting it to the Assistant Commissioner, Tribal Development District Raigarh (Chhattisgarh) on or before 17 November 2026 during office hours. Applicants must be a Graduate with B.P.Ed and a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh, with an age of minimum 21 years and maximum 35 years. The post offers a pay of Rs. 40,000 per month, and the selection process is based on academic qualification marks percentage, professional qualification B.P.Ed marks percentage, NIS / M.P.Ed qualification marks, experience in government institution, and state or national level sports participation.

Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Educational and Professional Qualification: Applicants must hold a Graduation degree and a Bachelor of Physical Education (B.P.Ed).

Residency Condition: The applicant must be a permanent resident of Chhattisgarh.

Age Limit: Minimum age is 21 years and maximum age is 35 years as on the date of eligibility rules. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules regarding age limits.

Selection Process

The selection is based on marks obtained in selection criteria and criteria weighting as follows:

• Graduation marks percentage: 40% weightage.
• B.P.Ed professional qualification marks percentage: 25% weightage.
• NIS / M.P.Ed qualification: 10 marks.
• Experience in a government institution: 15 marks.
• State-level sports participant: 5 marks / National-level sports participant: 10 marks. (If marks are equal, the candidate with higher age will be selected).

The selection committee’s decision is final and binding. The post is completely temporary, and there is no provision for regularization in government service.
