Applicants must have 15-20 years of post-qualification experience in Information Technology or Information Security in Banks, Large Corporates, PSUs, Financial Institutions, Financial Services Organizations, or Technology Consulting firms.

A minimum of 5 years of experience should be in Information Security, Cyber Security, or Cyber Defence in Banks/FIs at Senior Management Level.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for SBI Group CISO Recruitment 2026 is 57 years as on 31 August 2026.

The selected candidate will receive Annual CTC up to Rs. 2.50 crore. The CTC will include fixed pay and variable pay in the ratio of 90:10.
