Community Outreach Officer Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Social Work, Sociology, Rural Development, Mass Communication, Journalism, Environmental Science, Wildlife Science, Forestry or related disciplines from a recognized University, along with minimum experience in community outreach, public awareness, communication, social development or related work.
Toll Free Operator Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized University, plus a Diploma/Certificate in Computer Applications or equivalent computer qualification, along with experience in toll-free helpline/call centre operations, data entry, computer operation or public grievance handling.
