BHEL Part Time Medical Consultant Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

Bharat Heavy Electricals (BHEL) has announced 2 vacancies for the Part Time Medical Consultant (MBBS) post on a contract basis under advertisement number 02/2026. Eligible candidates possessing an MBBS degree can attend the walk-in interview on 22 October 2026, with reporting between 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM at the Ground Floor Conference Room, BHEL House, Siri Fort, New Delhi. The emoluments for the post are Rs. 500 per hour. Applicants must bring a filled Bio-data form with two latest passport size photographs along with required original and photocopies of documents for the selection process, which includes verification of original certificates, a personal interview, and a medical fitness test at the BHEL Dispensary.

Posts and Eligibility

Upper Age Limit: Not more than 65 years of age as on 01.10.2026. Age can be relaxed up to 70 years with specific approval of the management. Duration of work is 2 to 6 hours on all working days. The initial engagement period is one year, extendable up to a maximum of three years at management discretion. Conveyance charges are provided on an actual basis up to Rs. 4500/- p.m. (up to 30 kms. one way) or Rs. 6000/- p.m. for long-distance travel beyond 30 kms. on a case-to-case basis.

What to Bring

• Duly filled in Bio-Data Form (Proforma available on the official website) along with two latest passport size photographs.
• High School Marksheet and Certificate as proof of Date of Birth.
• Intermediate Marksheet and Certificate.
• MBBS Certificate with all Semester Marksheets, Internship Certificate, and Post-Qualification Experience Certificate.
• Valid Registration Certificate in respect of Specialization issued by the Medical Council of India or by a State Medical Council.
• Original documents and a photocopy of each for verification.

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must report for the walk-in personal interview between 09:30 AM and 12:30 PM on 22.10.2026 at the designated venue. Selection is based on the verification of original certificates and performance in the personal interview. Selected candidates will then undergo a medical fitness test at the BHEL Dispensary at the time of joining.
