MPESB Group 3 Important Instructions

  • Aadhaar-based registration is mandatory for all candidates.
  • Original photo identity proof is compulsory at the exam centre; candidates without it will not be permitted to appear.
  • Electronic devices such as mobile phones, calculators, log tables, digital watches, and sunglasses are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
  • No candidate will be permitted to enter the exam hall after the reporting time, and no candidate may leave the exam hall before the exam ends.
  • Candidate eligibility verified at the time of the computer-based exam is provisional; actual document verification is carried out by the concerned department during the appointment process.
  • Candidates belonging to Madhya Pradesh’s special primitive tribal communities (Baiga, Sahariya/Saharia, and Bharia) applying for non-executive posts must submit their application in hard copy directly to the concerned department, along with all supporting documents, using the format in Annexure-2 – applications sent to MPESB in this case will not be considered valid.
  • Facilities such as a scribe or compensatory time are available to eligible PwBD candidates during the written exam, subject to submitting the required documents to the Board at least 10 days before the exam date.
  • Objections on question papers can be raised only online, within 3 days of the objection link going live, on payment of ₹150 plus applicable charges per question/answer objected to.
  • The Hindi text of each question paper will be treated as standard, except for Science and Technical subject papers, where the English text will be treated as standard, in case of discrepancy between the two languages.
  • Admit cards will not be sent by post; candidates must download them from the MPESB website.
