Eligibility Criteria

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Post Graduate Degree in Physics/Electronics/Materials Science/Chemistry Related Subject and qualified CSIR-UGC NET including lectureship (Assistant professorship) and GATE or selection process through national-level examinations conducted by Central Government Departments and their Agencies and Institutions such as DST, DBT, DAE, DOS, DRDO, MHRD, ICAR, ICMR, IIT, IISc, IISER, NITs etc.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 28 years for all posts.
• Age relaxation will be applicable as per GoI norms.

Salary/ Stipend

• Junior Research Fellow (JRF): Rs 37,000/- +HRA
