NIT Warangal Junior Research Fellow Vacancy 2026 Details

Eligibility Criteria

• B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent in Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering with M.Tech./M.E. (min 60% or 6.5 CGPA GEN/OBC, 55% or 6.0 CGPA SC/ST/PwD) OR B.Tech./B.E. (min 70% or 7.5 CGPA GEN/OBC, 65% or 7.0 CGPA SC/ST/PwD) OR M.Sc./M.Tech. in Materials Science/Nanoscience/Energy Materials/Ceramic Engineering (min 60%/6.5 CGPA GEN/OBC, 55%/6.0 CGPA SC/ST/PwD). GATE/UGC/CSIR/INSPIRE/NET not mandatory.

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 30 years
• Age Relaxation: 33 years for OBC-NCL, 35 years for SC/ST/PwD/Female

Salary / Stipend
