- For Special Judicial Magistrate of II Class (All Posts): Held any post in Andhra Pradesh State Judicial Service and retired or resigned; or held post in AP Judicial Ministerial Subordinate Service not below Superintendent with law degree; or Section Officer and above in AP High Court Service with law degree; or practiced as advocate at least 5 years and not on Bar Council rolls; or retired Gazetted Officer with law degree or passed criminal judicial test and exercised magisterial powers for 3 years.
