Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Educational Qualification

• Passed 8th standard from a recognized board.
• At least 2 years of experience working as security personnel in a government or reputed organization at the district or state level.
• Preference will be given to retired military or paramilitary personnel.

Age Limit

The candidate must be a minimum of 21 years old and not more than 35 years old as of 01 January 2026. Upper age relaxations are applicable as per Chhattisgarh government general administration department norms, up to a maximum age limit of 45 years including all relaxations.

Other Eligibility Conditions

• All posts are exclusively for female candidates.
• The candidate must be a native resident of Chhattisgarh, supported by a domicile certificate issued by a competent authority.
• A permanent caste certificate issued by a competent authority must be attached for reserved category candidates.

• Self-attested copies of mark sheets and certificates of 8th standard and other educational qualifications.
• Proof of date of birth (Birth certificate or 8th/10th mark sheet).
• Chhattisgarh domicile certificate.
• Permanent caste certificate for reserved category applicants.
• Work experience certificate for at least 2 years issued and attested by the competent authority of the organization.
• Original passport-size photograph with candidate’s signature pasted on the application form.

Selection Process

The selection process is based on merit prepared through an academic percentage weightage system, experience weightage, and a skill test.

• Academic Weightage: Maximum 60 marks awarded based on the percentage obtained in the minimum required educational qualification.
• Experience Weightage: Maximum 10 marks awarded, calculated at 02 marks for each additional year of experience beyond the minimum required experience.
• Bonus Marks: Up to 10 bonus marks awarded at 02 marks per year for work experience in the women’s helpline or Sakhi One Stop Center.
• Skill Test: 20 marks allocated for a skill test, which includes testing knowledge of the local language and dialect.

The total merit is calculated out of 80 marks, and candidates are called for skill tests or interviews in a ratio of 1:5 or 1:10 per post.
