TCIL Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• TECH Team: B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech (Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ Information Technology/ Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication) from a recognized University/ Institution with 3 years of experience in the subject matter. Strong understanding of 3GPP standards, 5G network architecture, RAN and core elements.
• Hackathon & Project Support: Bachelor in Science/ MCA/ B.E/ B.Tech (EE/ ECE/ CS) from a recognized University/ Institution with 3 years of experience in the subject matter. Experience of handling the entire process of organizing a hackathon, marketing, driving registrations, ideating, creating prototypes, event planning, logistics, vendor management.

TCIL Recruitment 2026 – Salary

• Rs. 70,000/ – per month (Pro rata basis) for both TECH Team and Hackathon & Project Support posts.
