• Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Sports or Physical Education or Sports Science with 55% marks.
• Record of representing University/College at inter-university/inter-collegiate competitions or State/National championships.
• NET qualification as applicable.
• Must have passed the prescribed physical fitness test.

Alternatively, candidates who are Asian Games or Commonwealth Games medal winners with a degree at least at Post-Graduate level may also be considered.
