Posts, Eligibility and Pay

Each post has a contract period of 06 months and a monthly consolidated remuneration.

PMU Lead – Banking Operations Expert

• Educational qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Banking, Finance, Management, or related discipline from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in banking operations.
• Preferred: experience in Cooperative Banks, Commercial Banks, PSU Banks, or financial institutions.
• Exposure to branch operations, business planning, credit management, regulatory compliance, and institutional strengthening assignments.

Tech/Digital Expert

• Educational qualification: BE/B.Tech/M.Tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or related disciplines from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Banking IT, Fintech, Digital Banking, or Cooperative Banking IT Systems.
• Experience in digital transformation initiatives, CBS platforms, IT systems management, cyber security, and digital banking solutions.

Accounting & Financial Management Expert

• Educational qualification: CA/CS/LLB/MBA (Finance) from a recognized institution.
• Experience: Minimum 7-10 years of experience in banking compliance, accounting, finance, audit, regulatory affairs, or related domains.
• Preferred: experience in Cooperative Banking or Financial Institutions.

General Eligibility Conditions (All Posts)

• Candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and report writing is essential.
• Knowledge of banking regulations, cooperative banking environment, and financial sector reforms will be desirable.

NABCONS Recruitment 2026 Job Description

PMU Lead – Banking Operations Expert

• Lead and coordinate the Project Management Unit (PMU).
• Provide strategic guidance on banking operations and process improvements.
• Assist the Bank in strengthening business processes and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and submit periodic project progress reports.
• Support implementation of reforms, business development initiatives, and capacity-building activities.

Tech/Digital Expert

• Support the Bank in digital transformation and technology adoption initiatives.
• Review existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
• Assist in implementation of digital banking products and services.
• Monitor technology-related risks and suggest mitigation measures.
• Provide technical support for strengthening MIS, data analytics, and reporting systems.

Accounting & Financial Management Expert

• Support accounting, financial management, and regulatory compliance functions.
• Assist in financial planning, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strengthen internal control and compliance mechanisms.
• Review statutory and regulatory requirements and ensure compliance.
• Support audit observations, reporting, and implementation of corrective measures.

Selection Process

The NABCONS Recruitment 2026 selection has two stages: screening of applications, then a personal interview and/or interaction.

• Screening: applications are screened on qualification and experience.
• Personal Interview and/or interaction: held by the Selection Committee.
• Shortlisting: NABCONS reserves the right to shortlist candidates based on higher qualifications, relevant experience, and suitability for the assignment.

• The engagement is initially for 06 months. It will be extendable subject to satisfactory performance and project requirements.
• The engagement will be purely contractual and shall not confer any right to regular employment in NABCONS or the client organization.
