Kamdhenu University will hold a walk-in interview on 5 November 2026 at 10:00 AM for the post of Senior Research fellow. The venue is SMC College of Dairy science, KU, Anand. The Directorate of Research is filling 2 posts under the scheme “Development of methods for detection of adulteration in milk and milk products”. The posts are open to candidates with an M. Posts and Eligibility

The qualification for the Senior Research fellow post is an M. Tech in any one of three subjects: Dairy Chemistry, Dairy Technology or Dairy Microbiology. The upper age limit is 35 years for male candidates and 40 years for female candidates. The notice does not mention the date on which age is counted.

The fellowship is Rs. 37,000/- per month in the 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 42,000/- per month in the 3rd year, with HRA on top in each year. The notice does not give the HRA rate.

• Other activities (games, cultural programmes, debates): state-level and national-level participation and awards
• Knowledge of the Gujarati language (SSC / HSC passed with Gujarati as a subject)
• Knowledge of computers
• Present status: studying, in service, or working as RA/SRF/JRF
• Date and the candidate’s signature

What Happens on the Day

Eligible candidates should go to SMC College of Dairy science, KU, Anand at 10:00 AM on 5 November 2026 for the walk-in interview. If there are many candidates, a written test will be held to shortlist them. Candidates are then interviewed.
