The pay-slab is Rs. 47,790 to Rs. 62,350 p.m. for Sr. Project Assistant (Tech.) and Rs. 26,860 to Rs. 35,050 p.m. for Project Attendant, plus HRA @27% in both cases.

• Consolidated pay-slab: Rs. 47,790 – 49,220 – 50,700 – 52,220 – 53,790 – 55,400 – 57,060 – 58,770 – 60,530 – 62,350/- p.m. plus HRA @27%.

Project Attendant

• Essential: Class XII passed.
• Skills in operating machines, fabrication and demonstration of rural technologies.
• Consolidated pay-slab: Rs. 26,860 – 27,660 – 28,500 – 29,360 – 30,240 – 31,150 – 32,080 – 33,040 – 34,030 – 35,050/- p.m. plus HRA @27%.

Appointment is on a contractual basis on consolidated pay, renewable yearly or up to the duration of the project, whichever is earlier. The salary of a selected retired/superannuated government employee will be fixed as per prevailing IRD norms.
