Indian Institute of Management Bodh Gaya (IIM Bodh Gaya) has announced 3 vacancies for CEO – INSPIRE: Section 8 Incubation Centre, Assistant Student Counsellor and Wellness Coordinator posts on a contract basis under advertisement number NT 2026-10. The notified pay ranges are Rs. 45,000.00 – 1,00,000.00 for the CEO post, Rs. 47,600 – 1,51,100 for Assistant Student Counsellor, and Rs. 25,500 – 81,100 for Wellness Coordinator. Qualification

• CEO – INSPIRE: Post-Graduate degree (10+2+3+2) preferably MBA with at least 55% marks from a reputed and recognized University or Institute, plus at least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience.
• Assistant Student Counsellor: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with minimum 55% marks and 5 years experience (2 years in counselling at an academic/medical institution), OR Master’s degree in psychology with minimum 55% marks and a diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology with 5 years experience (3 years in counselling).
• Wellness Coordinator: Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology with minimum 55% marks, OR Master’s degree in Psychology with minimum 55% marks and a Diploma in Mental and/or Social Psychology, along with minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in psychological counselling.
• Management Trainee: Master’s degree preferably in Management with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade and consistently good academic record, with proficiency in MS Office.
• Management Trainee – IT: Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ IT, preferably M.Tech. (CS/IT) with 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Management Trainee cum Counsellor: Master’s Degree in Clinical/ Counselling Psychology from a reputed Institute/University with minimum 55% marks and at least 3 years of experience as a counsellor.
• Library Trainee: Master’s degree in Library and Information Science with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade.
• Accounts Trainee: Master Degree in Commerce (10+2+3+2) with minimum 55% marks or equivalent grade.
• Yoga Trainee: Graduation/Post Graduation degree preferably in Yogic Science. Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience as a yoga trainer.
• Graduate Trainee: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks or equivalent grade, proficiency in computer operations (MS Windows & MS Office) and Internet, and excellent oral/written English communication.

Age

• CEO – INSPIRE: 45 to 55 years.
• Assistant Student Counsellor: Upper age limit 40 years.
• Wellness Coordinator: Upper age limit 35 years.
• Trainee Positions: Upper age limit 30 years.
• Age relaxation applies to SC/ST/NC-OBC/PWD/Ex-Servicemen candidates as per existing Central Government rules.

Stipend and Training Period

Regular positions carry pay scales as per the 7th CPC (Pay Level 8 for Assistant Student Counsellor and Pay Level 4 for Wellness Coordinator) plus allowances as per IIM Bodh Gaya HR Policy/CCS Rules. Contractual and Trainee positions receive consolidated monthly stipends or emoluments ranging from Rs. 15,000 to Rs. 1,00,000 based on the post, qualifications, and experience. Trainee contracts are initially for one year and may be extended based on performance.

• CEO – INSPIRE: Administration of Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, project management for incubatees, documentation, research, outreach programs, and managing government entrepreneurship schemes.
• Assistant Student Counsellor & Wellness Coordinator: Supporting mental and physical health, clinical counselling, crisis intervention, coordinating with student affairs, assessing anxiety and stress, and maintaining strict confidentiality.
• Graduate Trainee: Physical maintenance of records, general cleanliness, carrying files, photocopying, faxing, non-clerical work, and assisting in routine office work like diary and dispatch.
