Essential Qualification and Experience
Consultant (HR)
Good academic record plus Masters’ degree with at least 55% of marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven point scale. Minimum 10 years working experience at least at the level of Assistant Registrar / Administrative Officer or above in Central Govt./State Govt./Educational Institute of Government/ Autonomous body/ University. Must be able to work fluently on Computer and MS Office with good command over English language (both written and spoken). Must have retired from Central Govt./State Govt./Autonomous Body/University/reputed Educational Institute of Government from the pay level of L-10 (PB-3 + 5400 G.P.) or above and be well acquainted with administrative work in Establishment / HR Cell / Division. Must have thorough knowledge of Central Government rules like GFR, FR & SR, MACPS guidelines, pay fixation, recruitments, appointment, promotions, etc.
