Posts, Eligibility and Pay

1. Assistant Manager (Horticulture)

Officers under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations or state/UT Governments having Master’s degree in Horticulture or equivalent and holding analogous posts on a regular basis or with 05 years regular service on a relevant post in the Level 7 or in the pre-revised scale of Rs. 9300-34800 + GP 4600.

2. Sr. Library & Information Assistant

Officers under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations or state/UT Governments holding analogous posts on a regular basis.

3. Assistant Gr. I

Officers under the Central Government, its autonomous organizations or state/UT Governments holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or with three years of regular service as Assistant in Level 5 or in the pre-revised scale of Rs. 5200-20200 + GP 2800.

Age Limit

Maximum age limit shall be 55 years as on the date of release of the Advertisement.

Pay and Allowances

Pay is as per the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) plus allowances and other facilities as per IIFM’s rules.

Deputation Period

The appointment on deputation basis is for a period of three years.
