Officers under the Central/State/Union Territory Government: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) in L-11 of the pay matrix with five years regular service in the grade, possessing educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits i.e., Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, from a recognized University.
Technical Examiner (Directorate of Vigilance)
Officers under the Central/State/Union Territory Government: (i) holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) in L-10 of the pay matrix with three years regular service in the grade or in L-8 of the pay matrix five years regular service in the grade or in L-7 of the pay matrix with eight years regular service in the grade, possessing educational qualifications prescribed for direct recruits i.e., Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Engineering, from a recognized University.
Assistant Professor (Medical Gastroenterology / Surgical Gastroenterology / Cardiac Anaesthesiology)
i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule (other than Licentiate qualifications) to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the speciality concerned from a National Medical Commission (then Medical Council of India) recognized medical college/institution. (iii) At least one year teaching or research experience in a recognized Medical College/Teaching Institution in the subject of super-speciality after obtaining the qualifying degree of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M.)/Master of Chirurgiae (M.Ch.). (Note: For candidate with D.M./M.Ch. degree of three years duration, no experience is required after qualifying degree). (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
Assistant Professor in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
i) A recognized medical qualification included in the First or the Second Schedule or Part II of the Third Schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. (ii) Post graduate degree or equivalent qualification in the speciality concerned from a recognized medical college/institution. (iii) At least three years experience in the concerned speciality as a lecturer or in an equivalent teaching post in a Medical College/Teaching Institution after the requisite post graduate degree. (iv) Knowledge of Konkani.
Biochemist
(i) M.Sc in Bio-chemistry as a principal subject of a recognised University. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Associate Professor (Medical Surgical Nursing / Midwifery and Obstetrical Nursing)
i) Master’s Degree in Nursing in concerned speciality i.e., Medical Surgical Nursing/Paediatrics/Obstetrics/Community Health Nursing/Psychiatry, with at least 55% marks or equivalent. ii) Minimum ten years teaching experience in a recognized College of Nursing after Master Degree in Nursing, failing which, minimum five years teaching experience in a recognized College of Nursing with an aggregate of 10 years of teaching experience in a recognized school and College of Nursing. iii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Tutor
(i) Master’s Degree in Nursing from a recognized University and if a candidate with Master’s degree in nursing is not available, Bachelor of Science in Nursing/Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a recognized University, with three years of experience, out of which, one year should be teaching experience in School/College of Nursing. (ii) Knowledge of Konkani.
Goa PSC Age Limit
The upper age limit is not exceeding 45 years for Assistant Professor, Biochemist, Associate Professor, and Tutor posts. The official notification does not specify an upper age limit for Senior Technical Examiner and Technical Examiner posts by transfer on deputation.

Goa PSC Important Instructions
Prescribed Essential Qualifications are minimum, and mere possession of them does not entitle candidates to be called for interview.
In case of non-availability of suitable candidates with knowledge of Konkani, the requirement can be relaxed by the Government for Group ‘A’ posts in Professional Colleges and Consultants in the Directorate of Health Services on the recommendation of the Commission.
Applications where fee payment is made after the last date will be summarily rejected, and no refund will be provided.
