3. Affix a passport-size photograph and sign across it.
4. Compile original and one set of photocopies of required documents including Aadhaar card, 10th (SSC), 12th (HSC), Graduate mark sheets, and Degree certificate.
5. Report for the walk-in interview at CSIR-NEERI, Nehru Marg, Near Ajni Square, Nagpur – 440020 on 21st October 2026 between 9:30 am and 11:00 am. Note that the gate will be closed by 11:00 am.

CSIR-NEERI Project Assistant-II Important Instructions

• The positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the aforementioned projects.
• Engagement in these projects will not confer any right implicit or explicit for consideration of regularization against any CSIR/CSIR-NEERI post(s).
• Under no circumstances will the tenure of project staff who have served CSIR-NEERI or any other CSIR laboratories under contract R&D projects be allowed to exceed six or seven years as per applicable CSIR OM clauses.
• No TA will be paid to candidates for appearing in the interview.
• Selected candidates shall have to make their own arrangement for accommodation during their tenure in the project, though HRA is admissible as per applicable rules.
• Selected candidates must sign an undertaking for maintaining confidentiality of project findings and/or intellectual property information.
• Mere fulfilling of minimum qualification does not confer any right in a candidate for being called for interview. If a large number of applications are received, preference will be given based on screening committee criteria.
