BECIL has one Executive/HR post on offer, for deployment in the office of Delhi Metro International Limited (DMIL) on a contract basis. The place of posting is New Delhi, NCR or any city in India. The number of vacancies is tentative and depends on the requirements of the Client/Principal Employer. BECIL also reserves the right not to fill any or all advertised vacancies.

BECIL Executive/HR Eligibility 2026

Age limit: Below 35 years.

Nationality: Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.

Mandatory requirements

• Qualification: BBA/Management Graduate from recognized University.
• Experience: 03 years in field of HR/Office administration/Diverse functions, MIS Reports preparation.
• Computer skills: Working knowledge on computers is essential.
• Metro working knowledge: The candidate should be abreast with the working of Metro Rail/HR/Associated works.

Preferred

• A Master’s (MBA) degree.
• Past work with DMRC or a Metro Rail Company, either directly or through its contractors.
• Local candidates and/or candidates with relevant experience in the same or similar department may also be given preference, subject to the Client’s requirements.

Who cannot apply

Candidates previously engaged by BECIL and/or the Client are not eligible if their services were terminated, discontinued or not renewed because of disciplinary action, misconduct, unsatisfactory performance or violation of contractual terms.

The fee is paid online as part of the application. Once paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances. BECIL states that it does not demand or accept any other payment from candidates at any stage of the recruitment.

Selection Process

1. Applications are scrutinized and shortlisted on the eligibility criteria prescribed for the post.
2. BECIL may adopt suitable shortlisting criteria, including higher qualifications or greater relevant experience. Preference may also go to candidates with superior academic credentials or other desirable criteria set by the Client/Principal Employer.
3. The list of shortlisted candidates is forwarded to the Client/Principal Employer.
4. The Client carries out the further selection process, which may include an interview, assessment, skill test or any other evaluation method it decides.
5. Shortlisted candidates are told the date, time and venue or mode through registered email and/or telephone.
6. Selected candidates are informed of their selection and later formalities through email and/or telephone.

Meeting the eligibility conditions does not by itself entitle a candidate to be called for any stage. BECIL is not obliged to publish interim results, stage-wise shortlists or marks. Candidature stays provisional at all stages and is subject to verification of original documents.

Service Conditions

• Nature of engagement: Purely contractual.
• Contract period: The notice prints two different periods. Its opening paragraph says the engagement is for one year, while the post table says “3 years on contract basis, extendable as per performance.”
• Police verification: The selected candidate must submit a valid Police Verification Report at Document Verification after selection. Failure to do so makes the selection liable to cancellation.
• False information: If a discrepancy is found after engagement, services may be terminated forthwith and legal action may also be initiated.
