The Centre for Management Development is a self-supporting autonomous institution under the Department of Industries and Commerce, Government of Kerala, located at Thycaud, Thiruvananthapuram. Age Limit

The upper age limit is 40 years. Age is counted as on 1 October 2026.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in Civil Engineering from a recognised University.

Mandatory Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction and/or road construction, including Design, Site Supervision, MBook Recording, Bill Preparation and Verification, QC, etc.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and PRICE.
• Only post qualification experience is considered, with 1 October 2026 as the cut-off date.

Preferred Qualification

Candidates with Post Graduation in Structural Engineering, Geo Technical Engineering or Construction Management will be given preference.
