• The individual is engaged purely on temporary and contractual hourly basis which will be terminated after completion of the semester or filling of regular staff, whichever is earlier.
• The incumbent shall not have any claim or right to claim for any regular appointment in the University or any government organization.
• The incumbent shall not have any claim or right for further continuation of contractual service.
• Concealing of facts or canvassing in any form shall lead to disqualification of the candidature at the time of selection or termination even during the contractual engagement period.
• Contractual engagements can be terminated at any time without prior notice or assigning any reason thereof.
• The engaged persons may also leave the contractual service on their own by giving one-month notice, otherwise to be paid one-month salary before leaving.
• The selected candidates will be required to undergo medical examination at their own expenses as per the rules for ensuring their physical fitness before appointment.
• The Associate Dean of the College has a right to cancel or postpone the interview for the said position, for the said date due to any unavoidable circumstances or reason thereof.
