Pay and Terms

The appointee is entitled to remuneration as per pay-scale. The notice does not name HRA separately; it states NPA and “other usual Allowances, as applicable”. • Leave entitlement is as per the Central Residency Scheme and Institute policy.
• The appointee has to work in shifts and can be posted at any place or Centre attached to the Institute at the discretion of the MS/Dean/Executive Director. No extra allowance is admissible for such assignment.
• Senior Residents may be assigned to one or more departments and will need to work in emergency on rotation as needed.
• The appointee is not entitled to Provident Fund, Pension, Gratuity, Seniority, Promotion or other benefits available to regularly appointed Government servants.
• Either side may end the appointment at any time by giving one month’s notice or paying one month’s salary, without assigning any reason.
• A candidate who joins and leaves, resigns or is terminated before the tenure ends may do so with one month’s prior notice, or by depositing pay and allowance in lieu for the shortfall.
• Earlier engagement as Senior Resident is counted along with this engagement against the prescribed period for SR ship.
• After selection, candidates are given 15 days to join at AIIMS Bibinagar; the Competent Authority may extend this in exceptional situations with reasonable justification.

1. Open the Google form through the link on www.aiimsbibinagar.edu.in and submit it before 5:00 PM on 15-11-2026.
2. UR/OBC/EWS candidates pay the application fee to the AIIMS Bibinagar account given below.
3. Prepare the application form as per Annexure-I of the notice, with a recent passport size photograph.
4. Report for Document Verification on 17.11.2026 at 8.30 AM, at the Examination Hall, II Floor, Academic Block, AIIMS, Bibinagar. Document Verification closes at 09.30 AM.
5. Attend the interview from 10.30 AM onwards on 17.11.2026 at the Mini Board Room, 04th Floor, Academic Block, AIIMS, Bibinagar.

Selection Process

The selection will be on the basis of the interview. The interview order may vary, and candidates should be available for the entire day. The list of selected candidates will be uploaded on https://aiimsbibinagar.edu.in. The notice prints no written test.

Candidates who do not produce the original documents at the interview will not be considered for selection.

Important Instructions

• Candidates in service in any Government Institution must submit an NOC from the employer at the interview. They will not be permitted for interview if they fail to produce it during scrutiny of documents on the day.
• Candidates working in Govt. / Semi-Govt. PSU should apply through proper channel. Their engagement is to be regulated as per the CCS (Temporary Service Rules) under the Central Residency Scheme.
• Senior Residents under an active bond period are eligible only with a valid NOC or bond clearance certificate.
• An SC/ST candidate must have a caste certificate issued by the competent authority, valid for admission/job in Central Govt. Institutions and issued before the date of interview. Otherwise the candidate will not be allowed to appear in interview for that category but can be treated as a UR candidate.
• The PwBD disability certificate should be issued by a duly constituted and authorized Medical Board of the State or Central Govt. Hospitals/Institutions, and counter signed by the Medical Superintendent / CMO / Head of Hospital / Institution. Reservation for PwBD is on a horizontal basis in the respective categories.
• The prescribed qualification is the minimum requirement and does not by itself entitle a candidate to selection.
• The candidate should not have been convicted by any Court of Law. Canvassing in any form disqualifies the candidate.
• If any declaration or information given proves false, or material information is wilfully suppressed, the candidate is liable to be removed from service.
• The Competent Authority may change the number of vacancies, withdraw the process in full or in part, reject any or all applications, or cancel the advertisement without assigning any reason. Its decision on selection is final.
