HLL Recruitment 2026 – Walkin for SSLC Trainees, Diploma Trainee and More Posts

HLL Lifecare Limited will hold walk-in selections on 7, 9 and 10 November 2026 at SARGAM Hall, HLL Lifecare Ltd, Peroorkada Factory, Trivandrum-5. Reporting time is 09.15 AM for the T&D Trainee test and on or before 10.00 am for the apprentice selection, and only candidates who report or register before 11 am can attend. The walk-ins are for SSLC Trainees, Diploma Trainee, ITI Trainees and Graduate Trainees under the company’s Training & Development Scheme, and for Graduate, Degree, Trade (ITI), Technician (Diploma) and Technician (Vocational) Apprentices under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme. The monthly stipend ranges from Rs. 9600/- to Rs. 15500/- depending on the category and year.

Posts and Eligibility

Part A: T&D Trainees (Training & Development Scheme)

Age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC candidates is as per Govt. of India Rules. Those who have already undergone training once in the company under the T&D scheme are not eligible to apply, and candidates who are over-qualified will not be considered for the post applied for.

T&D Trainee Stipend (Monthly)

Part B: Apprentices (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme)

For the apprentice posts, only candidates who passed the qualifying examination within 5 years can apply. The notice gives no age limit for the apprentice posts. For Graduate Apprentice, Degree Apprentice and Technician (Diploma)/Vocational Apprentice, 50% of the monthly stipend will be paid by the company and the remaining 50% directly by BOAT.

What Happens on the Day

• T&D Trainees report at 09.15 AM. The selection test is held from 12.15 PM to 12.45 PM and lasts 30 minutes.
• Apprentice candidates report on or before 10.00 am for the walk-in selection.
• Only candidates who report or register before 11 am will be permitted to attend the test.
• Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.

Important Instructions

• All training will be at HLL Lifecare Ltd, Peroorkada Factory, Thiruvananthapuram.
• T&D Trainees: the training is for a period of 3 years only, which could be reduced at the company’s discretion without notice and without assigning any reason.
• T&D Trainees: a selected candidate must complete at least 1 year of training to be eligible for the Training Certificate.
• Apprentices: the training is for a period of 1 year only.
• The training does not confer any claim, as of right or otherwise, to regular employment in the company.
