Nationality
Candidates for appointment to any of the advertised posts must be an Indian National and possess requisite educational and other qualifications as prescribed under R&P Rules, 2015 as on the date of submission of online application.

Graduation with three (3) yearsβ experience as Steno-typist or Judgment Writer or Stenographer in any government office or reputed organisation. Candidates must be having speed of 100 W.P.M. in English Stenography and accurate transcription of the matter dictated within a period of 5 times to the time allotted for dictation and typing speed, in English, at 50 W.P.M. on computers, wherefor a separate test shall be held. Only 10% of the mistakes in transcribing the dictated matter and typed matter in typing test shall be allowed.

The fee shall have to be paid ONLY through ONLINE MODE and the fee once paid shall not be refunded to the candidate, in any case.
HP High Court Stenographer Selection Process
Recruitment shall be on the basis of competitive examination as per Schedule-IV (Part-H) of the R&P Rules, 2015, which includes English Stenography and typing tests on computers.

Keep scanned copies of your coloured recent photograph (20 to 50 KB on white background), signature (10 to 20 KB on white background), Matric certificate as age proof (100 to 500 KB), ID Proof (100 to 500 KB), and other certificates/documents (100 KB to 2 MB in PDF) ready before filling the form.
Submit your Online Recruitment Applications (ORA) along with the required fee through online mode.
Pay the application fee via online mode before the closing date.
Preview your duly submitted application and obtain a printout or screenshot of the filled-up application for your record.
Applications are acceptable ONLY IN ONLINE MODE; applications received through any other mode will be rejected straightway.
Candidates already in service of any Government or Semi Government concern shall be considered ONLY on receipt of their online application through proper channel along with “No Objection Certificate” (NOC) within 15 days from the last date fixed for receipt of application (Job Trainee/contract/casual/adhoc/daily wagers/work charged employees do not need to produce NOC).
The category once claimed shall be treated final and no representation or correspondence will be entertained.
Experience and qualification shall be reckoned as on the date of submission of online application.
Application once submitted cannot be withdrawn or modified, however, it can be cancelled without refund of fee.
If an EWS candidate is not available for selection, the post will be treated automatically as de-reserved and filled up from a non-EWS candidate of unreserved category.
The number of vacancies may increase or decrease in future due to administrative reasons.
