- Qualification: Graduate degree from a recognized university. Preference will be given to candidates with a PG in Agriculture, Veterinary Science, Sociology, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Language Proficiency: Must have proficiency in the local language.
- Computer Knowledge: Knowledge of computer operation is required.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a nationalized bank/RRB or related financial institutions, or as a BC/BC Coordinator, or 3 years as an RSETI Director. Retired bank employees are preferred.
