Where CGPA/CPI or grades are awarded, the equivalent percentage (as per the University/Institute’s own norms) must be indicated in the application, with a supporting certificate submitted at document verification.
  2. Candidates from the merit list are called for Document Verification.
  3. Candidates are appointed as Apprentice Trainees only after successful document verification and approval of their Apprenticeship Contract on the respective portal (NATS/NAPS). Trainees are expected to join upon contract approval; failure to report on the stipulated date may lead to cancellation of candidature.
  4. In case of a tie in merit-list marks (even after considering decimals), the candidate with the higher qualification is ranked higher; if the qualification is the same, the candidate with more marks in the preceding educational qualification is ranked higher.
