Bank of Baroda Vacancy 2026 – Post Details

Bank of Baroda has announced 1,100 vacancies across two posts. The bank reserves the right to modify the number of vacancies depending on its requirement.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive & Credit Analyst Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for both posts is assessed as on the cut-off date, 01.09.2026. Candidates must fulfil the mandatory qualification, experience, and age criteria specified below for the post they are applying for.

Educational Qualification

Note: Post-qualification experience of less than six months in any organisation as on 01.09.2026 will not be considered for eligibility, except when it is part of current employment. Experience in clerical cadre is not considered for determining eligibility. Educational qualifications must be from a college/institution/university recognised by the Government of India/Government bodies/AICTE.

Bank of Baroda Age Limit

Age is reckoned as on the cut-off date, 01.09.2026.

Maximum age indicated above is for General category candidates. Age relaxation is available as per the table below.

Note: There is no reservation for Ex-Servicemen in the Officers’ cadre. Candidates seeking age relaxation must submit the necessary certificates at the time of interview and any subsequent stage as required by the Bank.

Bank of Baroda Reservation / Roster Points 2026

Reservation is applicable wherever applicable as per Government of India norms. The category-wise breakup, including horizontal reservation for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD), is given below.

Abbreviations: SC – Scheduled Castes; ST – Scheduled Tribes; OBC – Other Backward Classes; EWS – Economically Weaker Section; UR – Unreserved/General; PwBD – Persons with Benchmark Disabilities; LD – Locomotor Disability; HI – Hearing Impaired; VI – Visually Impaired. Candidates belonging to OBC “creamy layer” or whose caste is not in the Central List are not entitled to OBC reservation and must indicate category as “General.” Change of category is not permitted after registration of the online application.

Bank of Baroda Wealth Executive & Credit Analyst Salary 2026

Selected candidates will be placed in the following pay scales, as amended from time to time. Salary and other emoluments are governed by the industry-level bipartite settlement and Joint Note applicable to officers in the banking sector, along with bank-specific allowances and perquisites.

Bank of Baroda Application Fee 2026

The non-refundable application fee/intimation charges must be paid online, irrespective of whether the online test is conducted and irrespective of shortlisting outcome.

Payment can be made using Debit Card, Credit Card, Internet Banking, or UPI. Transaction charges, if any, are borne by the candidate.

Bank of Baroda Selection Process 2026

The selection process may comprise Application Scrutiny, an Online Test, Psychometric Test, Group Discussion (GD) and/or Personal Interview (PI), or any other test deemed suitable by the Bank.

Online Test Structure (Tentative, if Conducted)

• Sections 1, 2 and 3 are qualifying in nature; marks in these sections are not reckoned for the merit list.
• There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer; no penalty for unattempted questions.
• The minimum qualifying marks/percentage for Personal Interview (PI) is 60% for General & EWS category and 55% for other Reserved categories; the Bank reserves the right to change this at its discretion.
• Candidates not clearing the PI will not be considered for final selection.
• A Psychometric Test and/or PI assesses personality, communication, problem-solving, efficiency, and willingness to work anywhere in the country.
• The Bank’s shortlisting criteria are internal and confidential and are not shared with candidates.

Probation Period & Service Bond

• Selected candidates will be on probation for a period of 12 months (1 year) of active service from the date of joining.
• JMG/S-I officers: must serve a minimum of 3 years, or pay an amount equal to three months’ gross salary (not exceeding Rs. 2 lakh) if they leave before completing 3 years.
• MMG/S-II officers: must serve a minimum of 3 years, or pay an amount equal to three months’ gross salary (not exceeding Rs. 3 lakh) if they leave before completing 3 years.

Candidates must produce the following documents in original with self-attested photocopies at the time of interview/any subsequent stage:

• Printout of the valid GD/Interview Call Letter
• Valid system-generated printout of the online application form
• Proof of Date of Birth (Birth Certificate or SSLC/Std. X Certificate with DOB)
• Photo Identity Proof (PAN Card/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s Card/Aadhaar with photograph, etc. – Ration Card is NOT accepted)
• Individual semester/year-wise mark sheets and certificates for educational qualifications, including the final degree/diploma certificate
• Caste Certificate (for SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates) in the prescribed Government of India format
• Disability Certificate in the prescribed format (for PwBD candidates)
• Service/Discharge Book, pension payment order, and rank proof (for Ex-Servicemen)
• No Objection Certificate (for candidates serving in Government/Quasi-Government offices or PSUs)
• Certificate of eligibility issued by the Government of India (for specified categories under nationality clause)
• Relevant documents supporting declared work experience (appointment letter, salary slip, relieving letter, experience certificate)
