Pay and Terms
All posts advertised under the recruitment notification are contractual in nature. The salary and remunerations are negotiable for deserving candidates. Pay and allowances shall be decided by the University from time to time based on qualifications, experience, and performance of the employee. Appointments shall be subject to the approval of the competent authority and recognition of the ITEP Programme by NCTE, and governed by the Statutes, Ordinances, Rules, and Regulations of Cotton University.
