Written / Skill Test
Marks are distributed as follows: 35 marks for graduation percentage weightage, 20 marks for 12th standard percentage weightage, 20 marks for 10th standard percentage weightage, 10 marks for experience beyond minimum required (2 marks per completed full year of experience up to a maximum of 10 marks), 5 marks for experience of working in Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihoods Mission (1 mark per completed full year up to a maximum of 5 marks), and 10 marks for the written/skill test, making a total of 100 marks.

Contract appointment is initially for one year, subject to satisfactory annual performance evaluation and departmental requirements.
