VMC Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates engaged under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are covered by its stipend and other applicable rules.
• Local (Vadodara) resident candidates will be given priority in the selection/engagement process.
• If a candidate applies for a trade for which they are not eligible, and this is discovered after selection, their apprenticeship will be cancelled.
• For document verification, the mobile number and e-mail address submitted in the application form must be accurate; if the online application was submitted using someone else’s mobile number or e-mail address, the candidate bears responsibility for this. VMC is not responsible if a candidate becomes unreachable later due to a change in mobile number or e-mail address.
• All applications and certificates will be scrutinised; if a candidate’s local-residency proof is found to be false or incorrect, if required certificates are found incorrect, or if fraudulent/false certificates are submitted with the application, that candidature will be cancelled at any stage of the process.
