About TSU

“Tribhuvan” Sahkari University is an Institution of National Importance under the Ministry of Cooperation, Government of India. The advertisement is signed by its Registrar at Anand. Pay and Tenure

The post is purely contractual. The pay is a fixed, all-inclusive Rs. 50,000 per month for an 11-month engagement, subject to the terms the University communicates. Selected candidates receive the terms and conditions of appointment in an Offer Letter. If a candidate does not accept these terms within the stipulated time, the offer will be treated as withdrawn.

Selected candidates may be deployed at any TSU campus and/or training or field locations as required, and the deployment may change depending on program requirements. They may also have to undergo orientation/training and assessments as prescribed by the University. No person will be recruited unless medically fit for efficient performance of the duties of the post, and the University may require a medical fitness certificate.

TSU Program Trainer Job Description

Program Trainers will deliver the standardized two-day curriculum designed by TSU. They may also be given administrative, coordination and other program-related work as the University requires. The notice lists these key responsibilities:

• Deliver the standardized PACS Secretary training curriculum in accordance with the program design and University guidance.
• Facilitate participant interaction, exercises, case discussions, action planning and other learning activities.
• Maintain session records, attendance, participant feedback, documentation and other program records.
• Coordinate with the Program Manager, PMU Executives, DCCBs, cooperative institutions and other resource persons for smooth program delivery.
• Undertake administrative, coordination, reporting and other program-related responsibilities in addition to training duties, as assigned by the University.
• Undertake any other program-related responsibility within the scope of the assignment and as required by the University.

Selection and Interview

Selection is based on each candidate’s overall record and performance in the selection process/interview. TSU may hold a screening test to shortlist candidates. A duly constituted committee may limit the number of candidates called for interview/screening to a reasonable number. Shortlisted candidates receive their call letters for screening/interview by email.

Interviews will ordinarily be held in physical mode, unless the University decides otherwise. If you do not bring your original documents to the interview, screening or document verification, your candidature may be cancelled. TSU will not correspond with candidates who are not shortlisted for the next stage.
