Recruitment Mode
The method of appointment varies according to the post:
- Deputy Director (Admin & Accounts), Assistant Director (Admin & Accounts) and Stenographer Grade-I will be filled through deputation.
- Deputy Director (Programme) and Assistant Director (Programme) will be filled through deputation or short-term contract.
- Group B and Group C vacancies listed for Programme Executive and other posts will be filled through direct recruitment.
