Research Advisor-Facilitator

• Educational qualification: Postgraduate degree in the relevant discipline with 55% marks.
• Required knowledge: Knowledge of research, publication and basic computer knowledge is essential.
• Experience: 3 years of experience at a higher education institution in the relevant discipline, in research methodology, research papers, data collection and data analysis.
• Languages: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi, and a general knowledge of English.

Statistical Analyst

• Educational qualification: Postgraduate degree with 55% marks (Statistics, Mathematics or another related discipline).
• Experience: 2 years of experience in data analysis, report analysis, coordination and drawing findings.
• Languages: Adequate knowledge of Gujarati and Hindi, and a general knowledge of English.

Selection Process

Candidates for both posts are selected through an oral interview. Arrive at least 30 minutes (half an hour) before the interview starts so your documents can be verified. The university may change or cancel the advertisement or the selection process if needed.

Service Conditions

• Both posts are purely temporary and on an 11-month ad hoc contract at the Ph.D. Facilitator Centre.
• A person appointed under this notice has no right to be absorbed into the university’s regular establishment and cannot make any claim for it.
• Pay is a fixed monthly amount, with no pay scale.
• If a question comes up later about whether a qualification, university, institution or course is recognised, the university or appointing authority makes the final decision.

Candidates without a photo ID will not be allowed into the interview. Applications that are incomplete or unclear, or that come with incomplete certificates, may be rejected.
