PGIMER Consultant Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online for 3 Posts

Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) has announced 3 vacancies for Consultant Medical Oncology, Consultant Internal Medicine and Consultant General Surgery posts on a project-based engagement for Haryana. The consolidated pay for each post is Rs. 1,50,000. Candidates applying for Consultant Medical Oncology require a DM Oncology from recognized medical college, while Consultant Internal Medicine and Consultant General Surgery applicants need an MD or MS respectively with three years’ experience. The selection process involves short listing of candidates followed by an interview. Eligible applicants must submit their CV by email or at the Department of Digital Health & Telemedicine on or before 31 October 2026 till 4:00 PM.

Who Can Apply

Candidates must meet the following post-wise qualifications and age limits to apply:

• Consultant Medical Oncology: DM Oncology from recognized medical college. Desirable: One year experience in Telemedicine.
• Consultant Internal Medicine: MD Medicine from recognized medical college with three years’ experience in the related field after obtaining MD degree. Desirable: One year experience in Telemedicine.
• Consultant General Surgery: MS from recognized medical college with three years’ experience in the related field after obtaining MD degree. Desirable: One year experience in Telemedicine.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years of age. Age relaxation is applicable up to 5 years for SC/ST and candidates already in Government schemes, and 3 years for OBC.

Pay and Terms

Each selected consultant will receive a consolidated pay of Rs. 1,50,000/- per month. The positions are for the project titled “Teleconsultation Services for Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centres under Hub & Spoke Model by adopting e-Sanjeevani HWC Application of C-DAC Mohali” within the Department of Digital Health & Telemedicine, PGIMER.
