NSC Delhi Trainee Craft Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

National Science Centre Delhi (NSC Delhi) is recruiting candidates for 1 vacancy for the Trainee Craft (Draughtsman) {Mechanical} post on a contract basis. Eligible applicants can attend a walk-in interview on 16 October 2026 at the Auditorium/Conference Hall of National Science Centre, Delhi. The engagement is for an initial period of 1 year, extendable for a further period of another year subject to satisfactory performance, with a pay of Rs. 22,000. Fresh ITI Certificate holders who have passed and obtained an ITI certificate after matriculation in the relevant trade on or after 2024 from a duly recognized institute may attend. The selection process consists of document verification followed by a Walk-in-Test (Aptitude & Trade Test) under advertisement number 13/2026.

Posts and Eligibility

Scope of Work: Tracing and Drawing Operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment’s, repair, fabrication, handling, packing, installation of exhibits/ equipment/ Instruments/ installation work and any other work to be assigned by the authority of the Centre.

What to Bring

• Duly filled application on the prescribed format downloaded from the Centre’s website, giving full particulars of educational qualifications along with self-attested copies of testimonials.
• Certificates and testimonials in original for verification.
• Pen, Pencil, Eraser, etc.

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must report at the venue between 9:30 AM and 10:45 AM for document verification. The walk-in test (Aptitude & Trade Test) is scheduled to be held on 16-10-2026 at 11:00 AM onwards at the premises of NSC, Delhi.
