NRL Recruitment 2026 – Eligibility Criteria

• Associate (Commercial System) / Sr. Associate (Commercial System): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) with a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) / Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from a recognized University / Institute. Minimum 5-10 years (FT-M3) or above 10 years (FT-M4) post-qualification experience in commercial/procurement/sales/supply chain with minimum 3 years in public procurement through government e-procurement portals.
• Associate (Mechanical): Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from a recognized University / Institute. Minimum 5-10 years post-qualification experience in manufacturing industries. Desirable: Boiler Operation Engineer (BOE) certification.

NRL Recruitment 2026 – Age Limit

• Maximum Age Limit: 50 years for all posts.
• Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules: 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC(NCL), 10 years for PwD Gen, 15 years for PwD SC/ST, 13 years for PwD OBC(NCL).
