NIPER-Guwahati Research Manager Recruitment 2026 – Apply Offline

National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education and Research, Guwahati (NIPER-Guwahati) has released the recruitment notification for Research Manager-Scientific (Contractual) vacancy on a contract basis. Candidates holding an M.Sc./M.Pharma from recognised University/Institute with minimum 10 years experience are eligible to apply. The approved pay for the post is Rs. 1,25,000 per month, with an initial engagement of 11 months under advertisement number NIPERG/Rect./05(C)/2026. Essential Qualification and Experience

Desirable Qualification

• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in handling HPLC/LCMS/GCMS/cell culture, immunological assays, or molecular diagnostics and in vivo models and maintenance of instruments.
• Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and official ISO laboratory accreditations will be an added advantage.
• Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in Project Management.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit is not more than 40 years.

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,25,000/- per month. Allowances such as Dearness Allowance, Transport Allowance, LTC Bonus, Medical Allowance, CCA, and any retirement or terminal benefits are not applicable. The initial tenure of engagement is 11 months, which may be extended based on performance.
