Important Dates

Selection Process

Selection will be based on qualification, experience and interview performance. The Selection Committee’s decision will be final and binding.

1. Applications are shortlisted, and only shortlisted candidates are informed by email or phone.
2. Shortlisted candidates report to the Electronics and Communication Engineering Department office for certificate verification.
3. A technical interview follows, on a date that will be sent by email.

NEHU reserves all rights to select or reject a candidature and to cancel the interview without giving a reason.

Service Conditions

• The appointment is purely temporary and contractual, and it is co-terminus with the project.
• It runs initially up to 31 March 2027 and is renewable on a yearly basis, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.
• The monthly salary is subject to the availability of project funds.
• The selected candidate cannot claim permanent absorption in NEHU, and the Institute will not provide employment after the project ends.
• All other terms and conditions follow prevailing Institute rules.
