NABARD Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection will be by way of interview. Candidates will be shortlisted for interview in the ratio of 1:3 on the basis of qualification, experience, etc. Selected candidates will have to undergo a pre-recruitment medical examination and final appointment will be subject to being declared medically fit.

- Choose “Click here for New Registration” and enter Name, Contact details, and Email-id to generate a Provisional Registration Number and Password.
- Fill out the online application carefully, using “SAVE AND NEXT” to verify details before submission.
- Upload scanned photograph, signature, left thumb impression, and handwritten declaration according to the prescribed specifications.
- Upload the latest C.V./Resume and Proof of current Cost to Company in .pdf format (max size 500 KB).
- Proceed to the ‘Payment’ tab and complete the online fee payment using available digital payment modes.
- Click on ‘COMPLETE REGISTRATION’ after ensuring all uploaded details and files are correct.

NABARD Recruitment 2026 Important Instructions
- Candidates serving in Govt./Quasi Govt. offices, Public Sector undertakings, and Nationalized Banks must submit a ‘No Objection Certificate’ from their employer at the time of interview.
- The engagement is on contract for a period of 02 years, extendable for a further period of 03 years (one year at a time, not beyond 05 years).
- The Specialists shall not be entitled to any superannuation benefits like Provident Fund, Pension, or Gratuity.
- Quarters may be allotted based on request and availability against payment of a licence fee of 0.5% of remuneration, or a fixed HRA of 10% of remuneration in case of non-allotment.
- The Bank reserves the right to increase, decrease, modify, or cancel the recruitment process without assigning any reason.
- Canvassing in any form will be a disqualification.
- No travel expenses will be paid if mandatory NOC is not produced during the interview by employed candidates.
- The contract can be terminated by either party by giving one month’s notice in advance.
