Kerala University Casual Conductor Recruitment 2026 – Apply Online

Kerala University has notified vacancy for the Casual Conductor post on a temporary and daily wage basis for 89 days. Candidates holding SSLC or equivalent with a valid Motor Vehicle Driving License for light motor vehicles can apply online. The prescribed pay is Rs. 710 per day, up to a maximum of Rs. 19,170 per month. The selection process consists of an online application, a physical fitness test, and a driving test or interview under advertisement number 40676/2019/UOK. Who Can Apply

Candidates must meet the following eligibility conditions to apply for the Casual Conductor position:

• Educational Qualification: SSLC / Secondary or equivalent qualification.
• Technical Qualification: Valid Motor Vehicle Driving License for light motor vehicles issued by the Motor Vehicles Department.
• Age Limit: Must not exceed 40 years as of 01.01.2026. Age relaxations apply to SC/ST and OBC candidates as per prevailing government rules.
• Physical Standards: Minimum height of 158 cm and minimum chest girth of 76 cm. Candidates with physical disabilities are not eligible.

4. Pay the application fee of Rs. 250 for General candidates or Rs. 125 for SC/ST candidates through online payment mode only.
5. Submit the online application before 5.00 PM on 28 October 2026. Do not send the hard copy to the university.
