• Desirable Qualifications: Experience in Web Application, Website and Portal development & management using Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript or equivalent technologies; experience in database development and management, preferably PostgreSQL/MySQL/MSSQL; basic knowledge of Git, Docker and DevOps practices including deployment and CI/CD; knowledge of REST APIs, Linux/Unix environments and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Pay and Tenure

The selected candidate will receive a fixed consolidated emolument of Rs. 42,000/- per month as per applicable ICAR guidelines. The engagement is purely temporary, contractual, and co-terminus with the approved period or requirement of the engagement.

ICAR IARI Young Professional II (IT) Job Description

The selected candidate will work for the AGRIM Unit and may be assigned IT-related activities such as application and software development, database management, dashboards, data handling, automation, system support, and other activities related to the Unit.
