HUDCO has released 08 vacancies across two disciplines – Projects and Finance – for lateral-level executive posts.

Discipline-wise, the Projects Discipline has 02 vacancies and the Finance Discipline has 06 vacancies, taking the total to 08 posts.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility for HUDCO Recruitment 2026 is based on educational qualification, post-qualification executive experience, and age limit, as detailed below.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Qualification

Candidates should also possess relevant work experience: Projects Discipline candidates need hands-on experience in project appraisal, financial modelling, project development, project management, project monitoring, and regulatory compliance for Government, Private, or PPP infrastructure projects. Finance Discipline candidates need experience in financial management, budgeting, accounts, taxation, banking, credit appraisal, loan and recovery management, risk management, ERP implementation, and regulatory compliance.

Experience is calculated from the date of acquiring the essential educational qualification. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in Scheduled Commercial Banks, NBFCs (including IFCs), multilateral organizations, or other financial institutions.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Age Limit

Age will be reckoned as on 01.08.2026. Age relaxation is permissible up to 05 years for SC/ST candidates and 03 years for OBC(NCL) candidates. Age relaxation for Ex-Servicemen will be as per applicable Government norms.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Salary

HUDCO offers pay on the IDA pay-scale (w.e.f. 01.01.2017), along with an approximate annual Cost to Company (CTC) for each level.

The CTC includes minimum Basic Pay, Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA) at 55.7% of basic pay, HRA (30% of basic pay), Perks & Allowances (35% of basic pay), superannuation benefits (30% of basic pay), and Performance Related Pay (PRP) at maximum potential as per DPE slabs. In addition, employees get conveyance, company-leased accommodation (in lieu of HRA), medical reimbursement, loans and advances, group insurance, and other social security/functional benefits. Actual PRP payout depends on individual, team, and company performance, and IDA rates may change as notified by the Ministry of Finance.

HUDCO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process

Selection for HUDCO Executive Recruitment 2026 is based solely on performance in a personal Interview; there is no written examination specified in the notification.

• Applications are first scrutinised for eligibility with respect to age, post-qualification experience, current pay level, and other notified criteria.
• Only prima-facie eligible applications are shortlisted for interview, generally in a ratio of 1:15 (subject to availability). If applications for a post are high, HUDCO may apply a higher shortlisting criterion than the specified minimum eligibility.
• Document verification is done before the interview; shortlisted candidates must bring all original certificates.
• The interview carries a total of 100 marks, split as: Job Knowledge (50 marks), Quality and nature of work experience (20 marks), and Overall personality (30 marks).
• Minimum qualifying marks in the interview: 70 marks for UR/EWS category, 60 marks for OBC-NCL category, and 50 marks for SC/ST category.
• Candidates can appear for the interview in Hindi or English.

If no communication is received from HUDCO within 120 days from the date of the advertisement, candidates may presume their candidature has not been considered further.

• Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
• No posts are reserved for PwBD category, though PwBD candidates may apply if their disability is identified for the relevant post/discipline.
• Qualifications must be from a University/Institute recognised by the Government of India and approved by the UGC or the appropriate statutory authority. Distance learning/part-time qualifications are also accepted if recognised by the appropriate statutory bodies.
• Candidates from Government organisations/CPSEs/Public Sector Banks must have a minimum of one year’s experience in the immediate lower pay-scale as on the cut-off date, held on a substantive basis.
• Candidates from private organisations must have worked for a minimum of one year in a post with the specified CTC as on the cut-off date, and must submit annual CTC statements and payslips as proof.
• Only regular/fixed-term/contractual employment on the rolls of a company is considered; employment through a third party/agency is not considered.
• Outstation candidates attending the interview will be reimbursed single to-and-fro travel by the shortest route, restricted to actual fare or 2A AC rail fare, whichever is lower, subject to successful document verification.
• Selected candidates are liable to be posted anywhere in the country; no request for choice of posting will be entertained.
• Canvassing in any form will lead to disqualification.
