Hathras Anganwadi Vacancy Details (Project-wise)

The vacancy count for Karyakatri and Sahayika posts, category-wise, for each Child Development Project in Hathras district is given below. The notification states that the number of vacancies may increase or decrease.

Hathras Anganwadi Eligibility Criteria

• Only female (women) candidates are eligible to apply for both Karyakatri and Sahayika posts.
• The applicant must be a resident of the same Ward/Gram Sabha where the vacancy exists. If no eligible candidate is available in that Gram Sabha, selection will be made from eligible candidates of the concerned Nyay Panchayat.
• Selection follows a defined priority order among women candidates of the same Gram Sabha/Ward:
  1. Widowed, legally divorced, or abandoned woman from a BPL (Below Poverty Line) family
  2. If unavailable – any woman from a BPL family (general)
  3. If unavailable – widowed/divorced/abandoned woman from an above-BPL family
  4. If unavailable – any woman from an above-BPL family (general)
  5. If no eligible candidate is found in any of the above categories within the Gram Sabha, the same priority order is applied at the Nyay Panchayat level.

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate (12th) or equivalent.
• Maximum qualification considered for merit: Postgraduate degree.
• Applicants must enter marks obtained in all their qualifying exams (Intermediate, Graduation, and Postgraduate, as applicable) in the online form; the merit list is prepared by combining these marks.

• Tie-breaker 1: If two or more candidates score equal marks, the candidate with higher age gets preference.
• Tie-breaker 2: If marks and age are also equal, the candidate with higher educational qualification gets preference.
• Reservation for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe, and Other Backward Class candidates is applied as per applicable government orders. Applications for a reserved post are valid only from candidates of that category; unreserved posts accept candidates from any category.
