ESIC Senior Resident Recruitment 2026 – Walkin

The 1st date of walk-in interview is 30 October 2026, with document verification reporting time from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at ESIC Hospital, Tinsukia, Sector-2, Bordoloi Nagar, Tinsukia, Assam-786125. The walk-in recruitment is being conducted by Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC Hospital, Tinsukia) for 4 posts of Senior Resident against GDMO on a purely contractual basis with a consolidated remuneration of Rs. 1,14,955/- per month.

Posts and Eligibility

The recruitment is purely on a contractual basis for a tenure of 01 (one) year or till a regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier. All vacancies are under the Unreserved (UR) category. No age relaxation or reservation is applicable to SC/ST/OBC/EWS candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

Age Limit

Not exceeding 45 years as on the date of interview. Age relaxation is applicable for SC/ST/OBC and all others as per Central Government Rules, but no age relaxation will be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.

What to Bring

All eligible and interested candidates may appear for walk-in-interview along with all the testimonials in original and their one self-attested copy as per the schedule, including:

• Age Proof (Class 10th certificate/Birth certificate)
• MBBS Certificate
• BDS certificate for Dental department
• Two Recent Passport Size Photographs
• Caste Certificate for SC/ST/OBC & I&A Certificate for EWS candidates (OBC candidates are required to submit latest OBC Certificate as per Central Govt. Performa, not more than One-year-old from the date of interview)
• PG Degree/ Diploma Certificate
• MCI/SMC Registration Certificate with MD/MS/DNB qualification
• No Objection Certificate from present employer, if applicable (No candidate will be allowed to appear in the interview without NOC from his employer; also applicable for Doctors under Bond)
• Experience Certificate, if applicable

What Happens on the Day

Candidates must report at the interview venue between 10:00 am and 11:00 am for document verification. Candidates whose documents are verified only will be allowed to attend the walk-in interview. The selection is subject to the candidates proving their medical fitness, and in case of selection, the offer of appointment will be issued as per requirement.

Important Instructions

• All applicants are requested to fill the application form and send the same along with MCI/ SMC Number and Contact number via email to [email protected].
• The selected candidates will have to furnish a DD/Bankers Cheque for an amount of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) drawn in favor of “ESI Fund Account No. 1” payable at Tinsukia, towards security deposit.
• In case a candidate who is selected resigns/terminates his/her contract within 09 months of commencement of the contract with or without prior notice, the amount of Rs. 30,000/- deposited as security money will be forfeited.
• The recruitments will be purely on contractual basis and selected candidates will have no claim for regularization of the service in the hospital.
• Private practices of any kind will not be allowed.
• ESI Corporation may increase or decrease or cancel filling up of any or all the post without assigning any reasons at the discretion of the Appointing Authority.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the interview.
• The decision of the Selection Board will be final on all aspects of selection and no further correspondence will be entertained under any circumstances.
• This advertisement supersedes all earlier advertisements on recruitment of SR against GDMO by this hospital.
