Pay and Terms
The contractual appointments carry fixed monthly remuneration structured as follows: Medical Officer receives Rs. 75,000/-, Dental Officer receives Rs. 75,000/-, Nursing Assistant, Pharmacist, Lab Technician, and Dental Assistant receive Rs. 28,100/- each, while Clerk, Chowkidar, Female Attendant, and Safaiwala receive Rs. 16,800/- each. Appointments are made on a contractual basis for a period of one year for Ex-Servicemen and 11 months for Civilian staff, which is renewable for additional periods of one year or 11 months depending on performance and other conditions.
