• Retired Bank Employee having Scale-III or more.
• Ability to travel extensively in rural areas.
• Basic Knowledge in Computer.
• Good Communication Skill.
• Clear and sound knowledge about functioning of SHGs/SHG based Federations, Book Keeping, Audit, Financial Inclusion, MIP, PIP process etc.
• Must have training in Communication Skills.
• Must have desire to learn new skills & acquiring knowledge and is physically fit.

Salary/ Stipend

• Rs. 1500 – 2200 Per Day (maximum 26 days per month).
